Kowd is a problem-first coding academy and educational platform offering developer bootcamp programs, technical curriculum, and learning resources for career-switchers and self-taught developers. Our Service includes online and in-person classroom instruction, diagnostic assessments, curriculum mapping, code review practices, and related educational materials. Kowd operates primarily in Alexandria, Cairo, and Giza, Egypt, and serves students seeking to close technical skill gaps in full-stack development, database design, deployment pipelines, and software engineering fundamentals.

All content on the Kowd Service, including but not limited to course materials, curriculum guides, code examples, video recordings of classroom sessions, whiteboard diagrams, technical documentation, logos, and branding, is the exclusive property of Kowd or its content providers and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use this content solely for your personal educational purposes as a Kowd student or authorized user.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any Kowd content without prior written consent. If you submit code, assignments, or other work to Kowd as part of your coursework, you grant Kowd a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such work for educational, assessment, and improvement purposes within the Kowd platform and classroom environment.

5. User-Generated Content

If you submit comments, questions, code, or other content through the Service, you represent that you own or have the right to submit such content and that it does not violate any third-party rights. By submitting content, you grant Kowd a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, and reproduce your content in connection with the Service and for educational purposes. Kowd is not responsible for any user-generated content and reserves the right to remove or modify content that violates these terms or is deemed inappropriate.
